"The Grind" is the training process that leads to success, and the development of a mindset that perpetuates enjoyment in the hard work that training is. No matter what it is you do in life, you are always competing. Sports play a beneficial role in creating lasting habits in work ethic, team building, humility, confidence, resilience, and many other personal attributes. In learning to appreciate the hard work that goes in, prior to game day, an athlete can understand how an investment can pay off.
At ATG we are passionate about what we teach, and are invested in our students. We are teachers, not just trainers. The trainers at ATG push their athletes to be the best they can be, and will challenge students to not only make physical adjustments with their game, but to think outside the box, and develop an understanding of why we teach what we teach. Each student learns differently, and we understand and adapt to that. There are many roads to the same destination, and it is our job to help each student figure out which road is theirs.
